1. What is the meaning of the .925 mark?

The international mark for Sterling Silver is .925. It denotes the silver is 92.5% pure silver. All of Faith Rings' silver rings are sterling silver and have been treated with an anti-tarnish finish and polished for at least 24 hrs.

2. How long will it take to receive my Christian ring(s)?

Please allow 5 - 10 business days for the delivery of your order once it has been placed.

If your order is placed on the weekend it will be processed beginning the next business day.

Sterling silver merchandise is shipped via US Postal Service (USPS™), with a delivery confirmation.  A tracking number will be sent to the email address that is given with the order. You can then track your order as per email instructions.

5. What guarantee do you offer?
It is the desire of Faith Rings that all of our customers are satisfied and happy with the purchase of their Christian ring.  We offer a 30-day money back guarantee if you feel you received the wrong ring, or it does not represent the picture of the ring ordered. This refund does not apply to rings that have been mis-sized due to customer error.

6. What is your return/exchange/refund policy?
We will accept your item for exchange/refund if it is NOT:

Scratched, worn, damaged, over 30 days from invoice date. 

Refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made.
